Do I have to share personal details about my life?Only what feels relevant and comfortable. Dream work focuses primarily on the dream itself. You remain in control of what you choose to share. Our work together is confidential.
Do I need to remember the entire dream?Even a small fragment, image, or feeling from a dream can be meaningful. So write down what you recall and felt. We begin with whatever you remember and explore from there.
What kinds of dreams are helpful to bring?Any dream is meaningful - recent dreams, recurring dreams, powerful or emotional dreams, or even older dreams that have stayed with you. Often times the dream will choose you.
How much do you charge and how long is the session?Each session is about 60 minutes and the fee is $95. Dreams often bring forward perspectives that are difficult to access in waking life, and even a single session can open meaningful insight and reflection.
